Leadership

Lee launched the Your Company Mobiles business with the clear vision of offering independent mobile advice to UK businesses in an honest and simplistic manner. Many of the original YCG team are still working within the business.

Andrew-1

Andrew was Commercial Director Shell UK Ltd amongst other roles; he was subsequently on the Executive Committee of the Ministry of Defence before establishing his own consultancy company.

Andrew has significant governance experience, he holds a Certificate in Company Direction and is now on the boards of five SME companies.

Andrew is also on the Executive Council of Gatwick Business Diamond Leaders and he coaches start-up business entrepreneurs at London Business School.

Andrew has consulted YCG since 2020 and was appointed director in July 2022.

Operations Team

Adi-3

Adi is responsible for everything “Operational” within the business, process improvement and customer experience being her priorities alongside strategic planning. Delivering exceptional customer service is Adi’s passion, this is visible for all to see.

Adi recently joined the business and has brought with her a wealth of knowledge and business experience. A passionate, commercially aware and inclusive leader that has gained her experience in varying sectors- retail, Automotive and Communications at an executive level whilst rolling her sleeves up to get stuck-in!

Adi’s skillset is very much focused on Customer, People development and Service Delivery, all wrapped up in a bundle of fun!

Joanna

Jo ensures customers’ needs are met day to day and manages a portfolio of accounts.

Jo has been with YCG for over 5 years and has come from an education background where she was actively involved in a business management role, as well as lecturing.

Jo holds a Postgraduate Diploma in Tourism and Business Management. In her current role with YCG she is working closely with the sales and business development team, reaching out to prospective clients as well as managing existing clients’ relationships.

Languages: Jo speaks Polish.

Jasleen-1

Jasleen is our Fulfilment Supervisor & Billing Support. Her day to day includes processing of orders, including hardware and connectivity. billing of all new connections and communicating with customers.

 Jas started at Your Comms Group after she finished university but did work part time here for 3 years prior too. Jas also tutored English and Maths for 2 and a half years. 

 Jas graduated from St Mary's University in 2021 with a first class in B.A. Business and Finance. 

Lara-1

Lara deals with all things billing.
 
Lara is one of the newest members to the YCG team, however she has been in the Telecoms industry and billing since the days of standard dial-ups and noisy modems!

Jamie-1

Jamie is one of our engineering team. He provides technical support for landlines, VOIP and Internet connectivity, and will sometimes install our products at customer sites.

Jamie has worked in the industry for around 15 years (and with YCG for least 5 of those), but started off in software development in the 1990s, back when flannel shirts were in fashion, along with having hair on your head.

His computer science and software engineering qualifications came from Westminster and Brunel.

Ronak

Ronak Dattani deals with general customer service queries & admin duties. He also does hardware and accessories support, and account management.

Ronak is one of our newer members of YCG, coming from Chess Group after 15 years within various roles. He has over 25 years total within the mobile industry.

Ronak can’t remember too far back but he does have a BTEC national in Business and Finance from back in the 90’s.

Josh-Tatiah

Josh is the Head of Sales and holds superior knowledge of the full suite of products offered by YCG. He is the Vice President of a Networking Group in Mayfair and also chairs in different Business Networking groups across the UK.

He has a BA in Hospitality Management (UWE Bristol) a Diploma in ICT, and formal VoIP Training at Voicenet Solutions and Daisy Wholesales.

Born in the beautiful country of Mauritius and grew up in Bristol. He was the Assistant Financial Controller for a 4 Star Business class hotel in London before joining the Telecoms industry. Josh have been in the Telecoms industry for the past 10yrs. He plays football for a Team in North London and loves running and keeping fit.

Languages: Josh speaks Creole, French and Hindi..

Sara-1

Sara manages customer accounts, developing and maintaining strong relationship with customers.

Sara has been with the company for four years, prior to that she worked as an administrator whilst studying.

Sara graduated from St Marys University with a B.A. in Tourism Management.

Languages: Sara speaks Arabic.

Kevin-1

Kevin's journey with YCG started from a traineeship to an apprenticeship to becoming an employee. Kevin is now one of the Account managers at YCG and has been for the last 6 years. Kevin has a portfolio of over 100 accounts.

Kevin prides himself on being the face of all his accounts whether good or bad. He does this by managing the day-to-day on all his accounts from basic customer services, billing enquiries, and service and hardware issues to account reviews, upgrading and retaining customers.

Kevin's key skills are the management of accounts, customer care, reporting/analysing, admin and problem-solving.

Dean has been working in the telecoms sector for 13 years, and as part of our sales team he brings a wealth of knowledge and experience.

Dean strives to always provide a saving and a solution that is not only cost effect but that will ensure your staff are as secure and proactive as possible.

Dean will always take a keen interest in your business and make any quote bespoke to your needs.

Nahel-2

Nahel manages the reseller accounts to help develop their business and maintain strong relationships with their customer base.

Nahel is new to Your Comms Group, but has nearly 10 years of experience in the mobile industry, managing Retention and Sales in the field.

Nahel graduated from Kingston University with a B.A. hons in Business Economics.
