How to transfer a call with the iPECS phone system (Android)

A guide to transferring a call using the iPECS UCE phone application on your Android device.

These instructions will show you how to transfer a call iPECS UCE software on an Android device.


To begin, open the UCE app and log in. 


Scroll along the toolbar located at the bottom of the screen and select the call icon.


As you type a number, matching contacts will show up from your iPECS Cloud Directory. Don’t worry if no contacts match - you can still place a call as normal.


To transfer the call, select transfer, followed by the details of the person you wish to transfer the call to. This can either be a consulted transfer, or a blind transfer.
