      How to redial a number using iPECS (Windows)

      An article summarising how you can redial a number using your iPECS UCE application on Windows Desktop.

      If you need help with redialing a number using the iPECS UCE on your Windows Desktop computer, this guide can help.


      Select the phone icon from the left-hand menu, which shows your call log. This displays all different categories of calls; missed, incoming, outgoing, rejected.


      Click ‘all calls’ and you can see a summary, and the type of call can be identified based on the symbol beside the phone number.


      Right-click and choose any number listed in the directory to redial.
