How to manage a live call in the iPECS Cloud audio conference bridge

A guide to managing live calls in the iPECS Cloud audio conference bridge.

When you join the conference bridge, you will see your bookings for today on the home screen. From here, you can manage a live call within the iPECS Cloud Portal.


To see all calls listed, select the conferences menu on the left-hand side. 


Click on the call you wish to join and enter your admin PIN number, which will let you view the call participants. If a participant is in the directory, you will see their name listed. 


To mute a participant, click on the microphone icon with a line through the middle. 


To block your own audio, click on the speaker icon with an X, which will turn red when this is activated. 


To remove a participant, press the icon that shows an arrow pointing right. 


To mute all participants, select the main mic off option on the top bar, and to unmute, press the mic-on button. 


To block all participant speakers, press the speaker off button, and to reverse this, press the speaker-on button. 


If a participant leaves the call, the other participants will hear a tone and name announcement, if you choose to select this in the call setup.
