      How to enable DND with the iPECS phone system (iOS)

      This article acts as a quick guide to enabling DND using your iPECS phone application on an iOS device.

      The following guide will teach you how to enable Do Not Disturb on the UCE app.

       

      To begin, open the UCE app and log in. For information on how to log in to your UCE app, please see the ‘How to set up iPECS UCE softphone’ guide for iOS.

       

      Select My Information > My Presence > Phone Status from the toolbar, and tick the box next to DND to enable Do Not Disturb.

       

      Below this, is the option to set a call forward. To enable this, check the box and you’ll be prompted to enter a forward number.

       

      When you have finished, press the back arrow to return to the previous screen.
