How to book a call on the iPECS Cloud Portal audio conference bridge

This is a quick summary explaining how you can book a conference call on the iPECS Cloud Portal audio conference bridge.

First, log in to the audio conference bridge portal using your credentials. From here, you’ll be presented with the home screen. 

Click ‘booking new’ to the left of the screen. 

Give the booking a title, and select a conference room and size. Then, select the bridge which is yours. 

To set up the call instantly, select ‘Next’. To schedule, press the + symbol next to ‘conference time’ and select the date and time required. 

Click on the time blocks that specify when you would like the call to occur (grey blocks are in the past).

To set the conference, click the + symbol next to ‘options’ to reveal a drop-down menu. You can choose a PIN for the admin, and a different PIN for users entering the conference. 

You can choose if you would like a participant’s name to be announced upon their entrance to the call by selecting Player Name > ON/OFF. 

Finally, press ‘submit’ and you will see a summary of the booking details. Press OK, and all of the details will be listed. 

Click ‘conference’ to view all scheduled conferences. To send details to participants, click the message icon on the right-hand side of the call window.
