I usually liaise with Kevin Amaah regarding our client account (and I must say how fantastic he is with dealing with any issues, he is an asset to your team, and a pleasure to work with - nothing is ever too much trouble for him). However as Kevin is currently on annual leave, I contacted your sales department to complete a purchase for our organisation and have since had the pleasure of dealing with Ronak Dattani. Ronak responded in an extremely efficient manner and has provided outstanding customer service. Nothing is too much trouble and his response and turn around time is so quick. Hi Lee, I just wanted to drop you a quick note to commend your team member JOANNA RUTKOWSKA.I called in with two queries. I’d lost the log in details to the Your Comms Portal and explained to Jo that I needed access as I had a query with one of the numbers. Not only did Jo arrange for new log in details to be sent immediately but proceeded to resolve the query whilst we were still in contact. And to add to the experience, all done with polite, affable professionalism! A smile costs nothing but is worth a fortune!
