Logging in and out of call queues with 3CX

How to log in and out of call queues using the 3CX softphone on a desktop application.

Open the 3CX desktop application. 

At the top of the screen, you will see a 'Q' icon. Click on this to log in and out of queues. If you can't see this icon, you could be using an older version of 3CX. Contact a system administrator for support. 

If the 'Q' icon is lit up, then you are already logged into all available queues. 

If the queue is dull, you are already logged out. 

Please note that you can't select which queues to log in and out of. You're either logged into all available queues, or none.
