This article provides a step-by-step guide on how to transfer a call using an iPECS phone system.
To transfer a call on your iPECS UCE iOS app, simply follow the instructions below.
To begin, open the UCE app and log in. For information on how to log in to your UCE app, please see the ‘How to set up iPECS UCE softphone’ guide for iOS.
Scroll along the toolbar located at the bottom of the screen and select the call icon.
As you type a number, matching contacts will show up from your iPECS Cloud Directory. Don’t worry if no contacts match - you can still place a call as normal.
To transfer the call, select transfer, followed by the details of the person you wish to transfer the call to. This can either be a consulted transfer, or a blind transfer.
