How to set up shortcut keys on your 3CX phone

A guide to using the 3CX web client to set up shortcut keys on your phone system.

Firstly, login to the 3CX web client using the link, username and password provided in your welcome email.

Once you are logged in, go to Settings > BLF Settings. 

Choose from one of the available keys and add a BLF using the dropdown menu. In the menu to the right of this, add your chosen user. The BLF will tell you when this user is available to call, provided you have access to this feature from the administrator. 

You can also add features such as 'Custom Speed Dial', which will prompt you to enter a name and number once selected, creating a shortcut speed dial. 

If you take a look at your phone, you'll see that the shortcut key has been added.
