A summary explaining how you can set up 3CX video conference calls using the 3CX web client.
Go to the 'web meeting' tab on the left hand side. When prompted, type in the names and email addresses of your participants.
You can also copy the meeting link by clicking the link icon on the top right, and send links to participants via the 3CX chat.
When in the video conference, there are multiple functions available. These include:
- Share your screen
- Start a presentation
- Share a PDF
- Use the whiteboard
- Create a poll
- Start a face-to-face meeting with colleagues or clients
To schedule a conference, navigate to 'Schedule Conference' on the left hand side. From the available options, select 'Video' and 'Later'. Then, add the date and time and relevant participants.
An email will be sent to the participants, including the details and a joining link.
