How to set up 3CX on a mobile

Firstly, you'll need to request an email from your IT department.

Once you receive the email, scroll down and you should see a list of links. Choose the link for the device that you wish to install the 3CX app onto.

Click 'install' in the App Store.

Open the previous email, and click on the configuration attachment at the top. 

This will open up the softphone. Agree to the terms and conditions, and the softphone will configure depending on the details in the attachment.

Your phone system is now ready to go!
