How to make and receive calls on the 3CX web client

A guide to using the 3CX web client to make and take calls.

Making calls 

First, search for the contact by name, extension number or email.

Once you have found the correct contact, click the phone icon on their profile. 

Your call will be made! 

To call an external number, navigate to the dial pad at the top right of the screen and type in the correct number. 

Receiving calls

Incoming calls are displayed as a popup in the web client. 

You can choose to answer, decline or divert the call to voicemail by clicking the appropriate key. 

Once you have accepted the call, you'll be given the options to transfer, record or start a conference if you wish.
