Accessing your voicemail via the 3CX telephone

A guide to accessing your voicemail using the 3CX telephone system direct.

A red flashing light at the top of your phone system will notify you that you have either a voicemail or a missed call. 

To access your messages, press the 'message' button. 

From here, you will be prompted to enter your personal identification number and confirm by pressing the # sign. 

Press * to play any new messages. Your 3CX phone system will then provide you with a series of options including delete message, play next message or play previous message. Press the corresponding keys accordingly. 

After you've finished listening to your new messages, press 'end call'. This should also turn off the voicemail indicator after a few seconds.
